Every Story Is a Love Story

Whether it's a wedding or anniversary, a birth or graduation; whether it's done in front of hundreds of other people or a private moment for you and you alone, your story is one of love. And sometimes that love includes lightsabers.

FAQ

Do you shoot destination weddings?

Yes--the more adventurous the better! Send me a message with where you want your wedding to be, and I will be happy to discuss with you a custom package for photography that takes into consideration travel expenses, days of coverage, and everything unique to you and your day!

Will there be a second shooter?

A second shooter comes with my Full Day Plus package. Adding a second shooter is an option for all other packages.

Can I extend the session on the day of?

Absolutely! Weddings have a habit of going by at lightning speed, and that means that the schedule can sometimes go a little bit sideways. If you realize you need me to come in earlier, or stay later, than our original plan, we can absolutely do that, and will discuss hourly rates beyond the scheduled time when you book!

What kind of gear do you use?

I shoot with a Canon 6D and Canon 6D Mk II. For most adventure sessions I use a Canon 35mm f/1.4 lens so I can capture as much of the environment as possible. For portraits and weddings I love my Canon 70mm-200m f/2.8. I also have a couple other special lenses, such as a macro or extra wide, that I have on hand.

Do I have to order prints through you?

While prints are available in my store, at this time all packages include printing rights, so you are free to take your digital images to the print shop of your choice. That said--whether you order from me or not, most local print sites such as Walgreens do not have the same color accuracy as professional print shops. My orders will come through either Millers Photo Lab or through MPix Photo Lab, both of whom specialize in printing professional quality photographs as authentic to the digital images as you can find.
